As an experienced and passionate speaker, I love connecting intimately with an audience, because I believe in speaking with people, not at them. My goal as a speaker doesn’t stop at inspiring people and motivating them towards action, but I strive to provide tangible tools that anyone can walk away with, ready to implement.

I speak to leaders all across the country on developing a culture where their people can thrive.

When I speak with leaders, I focus on three conditions that must be present in an organizational culture for people to be at their best:

  • Empowerment so that individuals are able to bring forward their authentic selves
  • Resilience to tackle short-term challenges and reach long-term goals
  • Courage to explore setbacks with the openness to learn and grow

In other words, to get unstuck, leaders must help people develop the mindset of authenticity, the resilience to navigate a changing landscape, and the courage to explore and learn.

By focusing on authenticity, resilience, and courage, leaders develop the skills to focus on the people side of change. When you lead with authenticity, people are inspired to listen. When you develop a culture of resilience, challenges become opportunities, and when you look at adversity from a lens of learning, genuine innovation occurs.
